Every event has a lifecycle.
We cover all of it.
Reading the event.
No two events ask for the same film. A trade show has a different visual language than a conference, a summit, or a product launch. Before we arrive, we read the event — its industry, its audience, its physical layout — and build the visual approach from that reading.
This isn’t a questionnaire. It’s the part of the work that determines what every subsequent decision — lens choice, edit rhythm, colour treatment — is built on.
On the floor.
Full coverage across the event — exhibition floors, keynotes, demonstrations, brand environments, delegate moments. Video and stills, working in parallel. Drone coverage where the venue and subject warrant it.

Shot in the morning.
Live before dinner.
For multi-day events, same-day highlight films — one per day — delivered the same evening. Ready for exhibitors to share before the next session opens.
This isn’t a fast-cut social reel. It’s a proper short film of the day, edited with the same care as any other deliverable — just on a different clock.
Same-day highlights are a separate deliverable from the post-event film.
The event film.
The post-event film is assembled from the best material across all days — a single cinematic document of the event. This is the deliverable that lasts: the one organisers use next year to show what the event looked like, the one exhibitors share as evidence of presence.

We don’t hand you footage and call it a film.
