Mintwork Media started with a single commission: Anuga FoodTec India — Dairy 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Three days. Three films delivered the same evening as each day ended.
That first project set the terms: read the event before the camera comes out, deliver on the event’s own timeline, and don’t mistake coverage for filmmaking.
